Falafel with Dada, Hummus with Nasrallah
http://humus101.com/EN/2007/11/17/falafel-with-...
After a week in Berlin, without real hummus, I was ready to go a long way - literally - to eat my favorite dish. Finally, after some scary experiences, I got what seemed like a second best: a great Falafel.

Who stole my hummus?
http://humus101.com/EN/2007/08/30/who-stole-my-...
Hummus, Falafel and Shawarma ARE Arab foods. And they are also Israeli foods. Those who claim differently, too often lack the knowledge or the wisdom to see things as they really are.

A Satirical Look at Dieting
http://www.healthmad.com/Weight-Loss/Dieting.40...
Banging your head against the wall for one hour, will burn 150 calories but there are other less painful methods of losing weight. If you have a large lawn and like to cut grass, a half hour of mowing will burn 100 calories. Live in an apartment? No problem. Thirty-five minutes of vacuuming will also burn 100 calories. And for those who are not into housework, a nice brisk half hour walk will burn that same 100 calories.

Berlin Hummus Special: Part I
http://humus101.com/EN/2007/11/02/berlin-hummus...
Berlin 2007 is huge cosmopolitan metropolis with a population of 4 million, and a feeling of endless choice. Dozens of different tongues are spoken through the city streets, in which people of all nations can be seen and delicacies from all continents can be eaten. Only the hummus sucks.

http://humus101.com/EN/2008/08/29/even-god-eats...
Hummus is gradually becoming one of the Middle-Eats most successfully exported cultural-products. Very much as a result of tourists who experienced it while in the region, and became missionaries. It looks like even god eats hummus when he visits Tel-Aviv, and you know how powerful he is, when it comes to the publics opinion.
