They do not maintain the properties. They take your deposit regardless of the condition of the house so you only recourse is to sue them in small claims court. If you are renting from them get out when the lease is up and take photos of everything. Document, document, document. These guys are real crooks. Ned Brandenberger will promise the moon and do nothing. Melinda Ruis acts nice but she will stab you in the back. Avoid renting or buying from their associates Jeff Bond and John Gillham of Sandpoint Sotheby's Realty or make sure you protect yourself every step of the way. If you have a property for rent, you are better served managing it yourself. If that is not possible get another company. Do your own advertising. They do not return calls and don't care if your property sits empty. I have been on both sides and had bad experiences in every situation.
