Globe Soccer Awards 2021: Will Messi beat Lewandowski again? All the winners from Dubai

After he lost out on the 2021 Ballon d’Or to Lionel Messi in a controversial vote for France Football’s annual player of the year award, Bayern Munich star forward Robert Lewandowski hopes that he can earn the recognition many feel he deserves at the Globe Soccer Awards.

Held in Dubai every year, the Globe Soccer Awards are now a fixture on the annual list of football honors alongside the Ballon d’Or and The Best FIFA Football Awards. Started in 2010, the Globe Soccer Awards stand out for also recognizing coaches, executives and esports players.

Sporting News will be following the event live on Monday, Dec. 27, updating the tables below as the 12 winners are announced. Voting results are also expected to be released later the same day.
