Drake’s Trainer Jonny Roxx: Top Workout Secret


Drake‘s personal trainer is sharing the best tips he’s ever had when it comes to getting fit. 

Jonny Roxx, a longtime friend and OVO (October’s Very Own) crew member of the rapper, has been helping Drake to stay performance-ready for several years. Now, he’s sharing his best advice for anyone looking to work on their physique.

“One of the biggest things is getting the nutrition right and focusing on staying consistent in the gym,” he shared exclusively with E! News at Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club at Fanatics Fest NYC on June 20. “If you can lock those two things down, you’ll be good.”

He continued to share that along with those two factors, motivation is a key aspect to success.

“You’ve got to find your ‘why,’” he explained. “As soon as you find your ‘why,’ if that wakes you up every morning and gets you going, try to stick to it.”
