Iain Henderson will start Ireland’s Six Nations game against England on the bench.

The lock missed Ireland’s most recent Six Nations game, the victory over Italy, after testing positive for Covid-19 and also sat out the opener against Wales due to an ankle problem.

But Henderson returned to action by playing the full game for Ulster against Cardiff last Friday.

However, Jordan Larmour will miss the rest of the Six Nations with a hip injury.
