Tom Sandoval Apologizes to Ariana Madix for His “Reckless Decisions”

Tom Sandoval is sur-ving up a public apology to his ex, Ariana Madix.
 
Nearly a week after the Vanderpump Rules stars called it quits—amid rumors he had a months-long affair with co-star Raquel Leviss—the 39-year-old penned a statement reflecting on his split from Ariana and everyone he’s “hurt through this process.”
 
“Most of all, I want to apologize to Ariana,” he wrote in a March 7 statement shared to Instagram. “I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly.”
 
Tom, who dated Ariana for nine years before calling it quits, went on to note that he “can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us.”
 
“I feel really horrible about that,” he continued. “My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana. I never meant to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends.”
 
Noting that his love for the 37-year-old was “stronger than any camera could ever have captured,” Tom added that some of their “best times together were never filmed.”
